Ensuring that the planning application submitted meets your processing requirements is essential – failure to correctly size a building can mean compromising on the internal process and living with a less than ideal solution. FJB work with our clients to prepare the correct process layout, using our wide industry experience, so that the building size is correct. Where innovative architecture is required, our specialists will prepare 3D renders and even virtual reality walk-throughs, so that our clients can view the finished facility in real time, prior to a spade touching the ground. Once satisfied, we can formally prepare & submit the planning application, ensuring that the building submitted matches the process requirements.

• Successful designs need to cater for all disciplines; structural, electrical, mechanical, process, insulation, refrigeration, architectural. FJB undertake all of these disciplines ‘in-house’, thereby enabling full integration.
• We use 3D modelling (BIM), to ‘prove’ designs – well before anything is built.
INTERIOR DESIGN
• Some projects & clients require a unique ‘stamp’ to their flagship facilities, both to highlight the quality of their business, but also to provide a productive working environment.
• FJB have in-house interior designers who can discuss your specific requirements and then tailor a variety of alternative solutions for review, discussion & implementation.

• Once you have acquired a site, we can devise a masterplan to best suit the land and your requirements.
